WTB Lake Lice for the Kid

So the kid has been saving up-hustling and wants a 2 seater (maybe 3 seater ski if it’s the right deal) for summer. Seadoo, Yamaha, Kawi , doesn’t matter, has to be clean with low hrs, and maintenanced. I’m going to match what he’s saved so we’re open to skis 2014 ish and up. Anyone have something they want out their garage?

Not 2014 but I have a 2004 Honda Aquatrax R-12X. Amazing ski I’ve owned for almost 15 years. 163 hours. $5500 without trailer, $7000 with real nice double trailer.

(750sx also available for $3500)

Quick look on marketplace and prices have definitely come down. The one with double trailer is good. Pico Rivera one seat looks like it sat out in sun.

They are dealing on new ones as well. What's the budget?

Our 2002 sea doo GTI pulls a skier out of the water and will touch 60 mph. They can be had for 4ish?

just my opinion.....everyone has different feelings towards this subject, but i wouldn't let my kids have one although they are fun as hell, .... too dangerous.... I crushed a vertebrae on one screwing around, my daughter was run over by her cousin after they were sternly cautioned not to screw around, thankfully she wasn't hurt, and a good friend of mine's daughter was killed on one,
kids are kids and they don't always do what they are supposed to do when they get beyond our immediate supervision..... guess i'm the bad dad

He’s had a stand up. He wants something he can take out on the river with his girlfriend. Budget is open as he’s a good kid and works his ass off in school and an after school job as well. Been looking on FB, just hoping someone had something they didn’t want anymore.

I taught my wife to stand up ski when we were dating.

Great memories, just me and her with the Whole river to ourselves, down at Lost Lake.

I have it listed for $10k but have not really been trying to sell it as we still like to take it out occasionally. It is super fast and fun and a perfect ski for Havasu with the suspension platform.

Here is the details:
2013 Seadoo RXT AS260 (260 HP) about 68mph
Low 66 Hours
New battery last year.
I would like to get $9500

My River neighbor has 1. But it's older 2007 supercharged with over 300 hours. Comes with a nice double trailer. $3500

If you run it wide open for long periods it will set off alarm until you let off the gas for a minute and then be good to go.

Yes, I have maintenance records. I have someone that wants to come tomorrow now all of a sudden from CA. He had been low balling me for a couple of weeks and now today said he wants it. I'll keep you posted if he doesn't show.

What about a 1997GTI and a 2007GTI sitting on a tandem axle trailer. I’d have to check but I’d be surprised if the 07 had 30 hrs on it. They haven’t been ran I quite a few years but I could definitely have them serviced and gone through pre buy.
