Have you looked at Kubota? How big do you need? I bought a bx23 from Redlands Kubota with box scraper and backhoe attachment. $24,500 out the door. They offer 0% financing for 60 months but you do have to carry their insurance during that time so I opted not to.

Those little tractors are awesome and super capable. My neighbor let me borrow one for a few months and it was perfect for the yard.

I love it. Saves me constantly. Already put almost 100 hrs on it in less than 6 months.

What did you have before? They're older and have miles on them by now but 4WD 445 and 545 New Holland skip loaders are nice machines. 210 John Deere's are popular but they are big.

Friend of mine is the sales manager for Stotz equipment John Deere. Let me know if you want his contact for new or they get trades and sometimes leads on used if that’s what you’re looking for.

Sounds like you're looking for a skip loader if you want 4in1? What HP range?

Damn! I thought I used my tractor A LOT, but I'm only at 80 hours in a year and a half.

You're interested in something like this I might have exactly what you're looking for. Still have one I'm trying to sell for my mom need to get specs and info on it tomorrow
I should’ve bought @WYRD but I didn’t see it til about two weeks after I bought mine. His is the same model and a nice machine. If I remember correctly it had less than 100 hrs on it too.

Let me know? I have a couple leads on backhoes. And skip loaders. So far there isn't much out there that isn't beat up.

I have a few compacts at different properties. JD 3046 open cab is an awesome rig, JD 4044 is the next class up and is more stable for lifting anything over 600 lbs with the bucket or grapple. I also have a Kubota LX 39 hp closed cab.

All of them have been flawless but if I had to choose one, I would go with the JD 4000 series for its size and stability. Jump on tractorhouse.com and you will find a bunch of them. I went new on all of these in the last 2 years for the 0% money and having something perfect without wear.

About five years ago I asked a friend who repairs tractors for a living to keep his eyes out for a used one and he said just go buy a new Kubota. I did and it was great advice. The thing has been bulletproof and has been more useful than I ever imagined.

I'm going to be in the market for a tractor soon as well. Hilly property so 4x4 a must, actually considering a track loader.
