Wow ! Someone applied for work today.

Well my office mgr told me about a guy that applied for work today , sounded like he had enough skills to get his foot into the door for a further interview UNTIL the bag of meth fell out of his pocket while retrieving his phone. He does not know it fell out. Yeah this next generation is gonna kick ass ?? I was pretty happy to think I was hiring a guy until she told me the end. Not a doom and gloom story as I still had a kick ass day !!!

Had one not long ago. Okay interview and was going to hire him. Until I watch him on video change his kids diaper in my parking lot and then leave the dirty diaper on the ground and drive away.

Had a deckhand on the boat last year I hired to stay for 5 weeks doing mechanicals while we were tied up, guy kicked ass out at sea and real pleasant to work around.

My rotation guy calls me at home and say's this fucking guy you hired is whacked out of his mind, stays up all night, all over the place.

Called my office said get the guy a flight out. I fly back and the guy is blowing up my phone saying a package was sent to the boat and arrived after he left, can you find it and mail it back. Everyone is playing dumb about it, finally figured out he had meth mailed and the guys knew it, told him it could be mailed by the police if he wanted it bad enough, never heard another word.

Luckily no. His last was in the car. Canning him to resend the offer was pretty strange. He denied it of course. I told him I have it on video and I personally picked it up. That a lack of respect is unacceptable on my team.
