I'm gonna install a button on my steering wheel. Right where my left thumb rests. Yes, I still have both thumbs

Hope I can find the $ to build a new motor for the daytona. With the kids racing juniors it isn't easy.

Gonna replace the floors, carpet and part of a rotten stringer in my Malibu outboard. Inspired to DIY by another thread here. And maybe re-build my Yammy 200.

I think Im going to pull the motor to fix a undetermined oil leak, maybe put some heads and a cam on it while its out. Have the oil soaked carpet removed from bilge area and add 2nd battery. Oh and hopefully get a little bigger prop:D

Since I never got around to putting the motor back in mine this summer. I think I'm going to try and do it this winter. If I have time.

Well we purchased a house in Rancho Cucamonga and it has a tandem Garage so there's all my upgrades!!! I'm stoked I will have a place to work on my boat now!!:D
I would like a New Bimini and hatch lift.
I upgraded my stereo this summer because we didn't use the boat much.
Planning on going to the river a few times next summer depending on House upgrades!!!:D

I've already rebuilt 4 seat bases, with 2 containing downfiring mid base subs, so id like to finish installing the remainder of the stereo equipment and an additional battery.

Since the boat has dark colors with dove grey vinyl and black carpet, its hot as fuck. I'm thinking about replacing the boat interior with white and silver accents. There's a guy in Escondido who does great work at an excellent price.

I've already been machining all new gear for the Dimarco. Pillow blocks, turnbuckles, pins, tapered lock nuts are finished. Need to make plates, shaft, arm, etc. all from stainless. Down peddle - lock handle assembly, strut, motor and trans mounts, stringer rails, rudder the list goes on and on. Hopefully everything will be done by winter and installed during.

I think we need to keep this thread rolling as people update there boats through out the winter add your pics. Or just start a thread of your own, but I thought it would be nice to have them all in one place.
