The beerThe fork
Yup, the dollar went a lot further so you could buy more foodDefinitely Trump
Yup, this all started in the 1960's and there weren't many fat people before then. We use more than any other country in the world due to the high tariffs on sucrose & subsidies for corn, making it cheaper. Over 30% of our population is obese.Seed oils and added sugar (hfcs in particular) are not only killing us, they're torturing people on their way downhill.
Ever wonder why alzheimers and dementia rates are going through the roof as the use of this shit continues to rise??
And you’re the picture of health for it.Only reason i'm fat is i like to eat and drink, and don't exercise.
My mom loved fried chicken, smoked about a pack a day too, tipped the scales at 200 not pretty on her 5'2" frame.Only reason i'm fat is i like to eat and drink, and don't exercise.
Don't forget about all the injections pharma is pushing around every corner. None of them are tested in nearly enough conditions or lengths.Seed oils and added sugar (hfcs in particular) are not only killing us, they're torturing people on their way downhill.

I would agree. Starting to thin out with Biden in office.Definitely Trump
Period. Know what’s going in your pie hole.Burn more calories than you take in and you won't be.
ThisI've cut all this shit from my diet since July and have been on 16/8 intermittent fasting. I've never been fat but started to feel the mid 40's metabolism creeping.
Using whatever seed oil I have left to make green egg fire starters.
Fats have been butter and quality olive oil. Just added avocado & beef tallow.
There's a direct correlation between HFCS/Lowfat/diet foods and the obesity issues we have. HFCS metabolizes like alcohol.
Take everything you've been told about diet and food since the 70's and throw it in the trash.
When I was 43, I did the low carb deal, no exercise, and lost 50 lbs., in about a year. Kept it off for 7-8 years, then the slow creep back up. Tried the same way again, lost about 12 lbs, then the plateau. Started walking briskly on the f'n treadmill and started to drop pounds again. Now, 20 years after the first big drop, my metabolism is so damn slow, that even taking in minimum calories (1500 day), and pretty active during the day, I don't lose an ounce. I guess if I want to lose, I'm going to have to dedicate an hour and a half or so a day, to burning calories!I'm a foodie, no doubt about it. And I like beer. But, I've found I can drop weight by eliminating most carbs and beer. No bread, potatoes, rice, pasta, tortillas and beer (the good stuff). No processed meats. No desserts, etc. Eat a ton of protein, some veggies and salad and the pounds begin to drop. Drink plenty of water. I do drink Cabernet wine with dinner. I said a ton of protein, but I find it fairly easy to eat smaller portions, once you get started. In 2.5 months, I've dropped 18 pounds, just by low carb dieting, no exorsize involved. And there have been a couple of times that I've had some Lasagna at La Vita Dolce and also take home from Linda's Deli. I even had some pizza from Rosati's. But, went right back to the low carb deal the next day. It works for me.
Truth! It doesn’t get easier. When I was 43, I did the low carb deal, no exercise, and lost 50 lbs., in about a year. Kept it off for 7-8 years, then the slow creep back up. The other day, I met a friend of a friend, a 93 year old guy that is excellent shape, mentally and physically, spent his life in Alaska hunting polar bears and later had a fishing lodge. Anyway, he said his secret to staying slim, was to "only eat when he's hungry". There is truth to that, I grab a muffin, etc., at McDonald's or Starbucks on the way to work, whether I'm hungry or not, because I won't have the opportunity later. I gobble dinner down when I get home, because it's ready, and it's good. If a guy really paid attention to that, there might be something to that.
Same with cotton seed oil. Wood pulp filler in processed foods & crisco! This
And drop these three food groups;
Bag
Box
Window
And I researched seed oils? Holy crap.
It takes 2000 pounds of grapes to make 8 ounces of oil. And the amount of processing is rediculous. The grape industry had to figure out what to do with all the waste, so they process it and feed the humans.
Bam. Thank you. And wouldn’t say fat. I’ve seen fat. We are not slim. Lol. But we are definitely not fat. Over weight. Ya I can deal with that.Only reason i'm fat is i like to eat and drink, and don't exercise.
The old timer is spot on. The human body did not develop meeting 3 meals a day. Our bodies developed through feast and famine streaks. Thus why our body stores fat reserves. When I was 43, I did the low carb deal, no exercise, and lost 50 lbs., in about a year. Kept it off for 7-8 years, then the slow creep back up.
