Smoked Transmission!!!! Done for season.Where’s the cig Frick?!
I gotta get Sundance. We might bringing our boat down to Parker in the next 3 weekends. Been on the water there many time never in our personal boat. Want to do it but kind of nervous.Gonna splash the diva here in a few, headed to fox’s for a cold pop or two. Maybe Sundance. Maybe the den. Should make for a horrible Saturday
You responding to me? If so is that because the water is low? The current a retrieving is what is physicIng me out. Had a couple miss-haps over the years. Just got to have head on straight. Agreed is is not bad but I am kind of solo even if the wife is with me.Naw, you’re trippin. Just don’t launch on Thursday

Thank You I appreciate the suggestion. That is a good point. I have been thinking the public ramp near the keys. We have a few friends there and that is where we would be docking the boat for a day or two. It never looks too bad there. I had watched a friend do a few trying with his son learning to retrieve and current as I did the truck and trailer. Sat there for a bit and always thought that it was a challenge. I know the wife would never want to boat with me again if I put her in that situation. Not sure if she’d let me back in the house. I know she’d still want the PaychecksNo current at Blue Water.
I launched at Fox's a year ago, pretty ugly when getting back on the trailer being a Parker rookie. Blue Water is like launching at the marina on the island.Thank You I appreciate the suggestion. Not sure if you keep your boat here or in Havasu but if you ever need a boat bitch shoot me a text.I think im gonna drag my little float out tommorow early AM and launch if anyone is gonna be out and about.
I need a day on the water before my head explodes.
Not the usual pea green soup that time!
Yes, the water is clearing up nicely. The system they installed is doing a good job. You can see into the water about 8-12" now.Not the usual pea green soup that time!
It’s a lot better. Not the usual pea green soup that time!
BIG DICK TANK AT IT AGAIN! how’s the water level? Looks like a nice day!
We will be out as well next weekend.Be out next weekend as well, been tough getting out this season, had house issues mid-summer and have been dealing with that, plus kids back in school/college, etc... Fortunately for some reason the wife thinks that the boat will suffer catastrophic engine+drive failure if we don't make that final run of the season so that I can dump some Stabil in the tank and run it before winter... No clue where she got that from...!
How did it do man? Will you be out next weekend for the regatta?
Smoked Transmission!!!! Done for season.
Pull both trans and send to Innovation for some upgrades, sick of this sh!t. I think that's the 10th trans I've smoked.

Doesn't seem to mater which side, although Port goes about 2 or 3X what Starb lasts.Dude! Wtf?! Gotta be something else than just trans keep going. Alignment off or something?!
10-4, I’d be up for exploring some local lakes.I keep it out here I just have a little 22' Crownline now but always down for some local lake action!
I would need an oxygen tank by the time I walked up that launch ramp to get the truck! OMG!A little San Vicente action. The water is still 79-80 degrees.

Those videos are the whole reason I fell in love with big offshore Vee's and the reason I own one now. Those screamin' blower motors and the silence as they air it out. LOVE THAT! Even better when you're doing it yourself.Guaranteed Vin. Hope this gets somebody inspired.
What camera did you film that with? Looks awesome. Superclean and good motor sounds. Those videos are the whole reason I fell in love with big offshore Vee's and the reason I own one now. About 25 second mark I pick it up a little. Nothing like Allez Vite there, but fun enough. I don't have drug smuggling disposable money like they did in the 80's. lol
Thanks! My 15 y/o stood backward in the front pas bolster and filmed it on his iphone. Propped it against he headrest and just held it. The sound is probably helped with the fact a) is loud AF and B) those scoops open up right to the cockpit. My kid said filming was a little sketchy because he wasn't looking forward. Another reason I wasn't really laying into it much. We just barely got into a little blower whine right around 2.00 mark. lolWhat camera did you film that with? Looks awesome. the iPhone vids my friend take look great but lose the true engine sounds most of the time
Niiiiiice, I have a couple good Whipple whine vids I need to load to YouTube and post over here. The iPhone is only a few inches from the scoops so there's good noiseThanks! Launch with f150
We will be boating tomorrow but gonna hit 3 dunes then springs for a drink then finish the day with pizza in the channel. My sister and her husband are bringing their boat which does a top speed of like 35 so don’t wanna put them in a situation of dcb running by them. He is fairly new to boating also only second seasonAnyone going out today or tomorrow?
Looking like we will be on the water around 11am today and heading to three dunes. Maybe lunch at the springs around 1-2.
Tomorrow thinkIng of running up to Pirates. Going to grab a spot where we can watch the DCBs fly by. Then head up to see them at Pirates and have lunch there or Topock. Got a new pair of black socks so I think that I will fit it.
