My port motor is not shifting all the way into forward, it's not the linkage, something internal. It goes into gear but there is no ratcheting. I just put a new powerhead on that side a month ago, boat has been down since July. I'm dropping the lower off with Joe at Hot Laps this weekend, hopefully a easy fix.

Hoping to maybe drop in at Windsor tomorrow and run up to Topock just to do something different for once.

If not, we’ll be down by the springs Fri/Sat.

Made it into town late last night. TEAMS calls all morning, lunch at The Chair. Weather is pretty damn good except for some clouds sneaking in

New “Quail Block” is doing its job. Turns out my GSP is a horrible bird dog. He could care less.

Wind kicked up here with some huge drops of rain. A little thunder/lighting. Glad i didn’t do the windows.

The second video: Guy stopped in the middle of the lake for a minute and then hauled ass to Windsor.

Dark and stormy AF down at the Springs. Rain heading this way. Hanging out on the patio watching the light show to the north by LHC and the one south of us heading our way.

Been hanging out in the Break Out Another Thousand lounge for the last month. Piece of metal took out the oil pump and sheared the bottom of the drive from the distributor.

Motor pulled and being rebuilt. Nothing like refreshing a 100 hour 502. Going to tow the skis up to Temple Bar tomorrow.

Not my normal experience with boating but was on the water today for about 7 hours on the Puget Sound salmon fishing. Went on a team building / sales meeting fishing trip on privately owned, non charter boat this morning, owned and operated by one of our local owners rep owners. The boat on was a King Fisher aluminum hulled model with an enclosed cabin and aft helm for the trolling motor controls. I would guess it was a 26' boat. I haven't spent much time on boats that are not performance orientated but love function over form and appreciated the boat and their features. The other boat in our group is owned by the VP in the company I work for, 24' ish foot Grady White with twin 150 outboards.

I had a great time, but I didn't catch anything worthy of bringing home.

It’s not too bad on the river. There wasn’t a lot in the water. Heading to Topock for lunch. Will post some pics of the channel areas.

We’ll be out there in 3 weeks. Up river. Don’t think we’re bringing the boat though. Too short of a trip with kids school.

I hear big Dan @H20 Toie is up there running the eliminator regatta with springfields widow. Getting her some more seat time in the boat.

Weathers great through end of Oct. just a little more unpredictable. we’ve even boated in November with mid 70’s weather.

Man it was epic today. Perfect weather, water was nice, even up at Topock. Ran up with a bunch of boats to Pirates, checked out the scene, stopped at Topock Marina and checked that place out, then cruised back to Windsor.

Really nice out. Would definitely do that again.

I tried Windsor 3 ramp, it’s too steep for me. I’ll try one of the others next time. If you have underwater exhaust you’ll drown the motor if you don’t start it on the way in.

We had a few days of wind and low dewpoint, really brings water temperatures down in a hurry.

Thought that is technically ramp #2 if you include the PWC ramp because that would be #1. It is O.K. If I am wrong it has been happening a lot recently. I feel like a blond….no not in the butt Bob! 🤪

Couldn’t ask for a better day on the water Saturday. Headed south from the Temple Bar, rode about 15 miles and only saw a few boats out. Think the road from Kingman over was rougher than anything we hit on the water all day.

Changed up my schedule and I will be in town tomorrow around 7pm. Anyone want to meet up Sunday? Oh and look at the whole week with minimal winds!!!! If it only will stay that way there will be some mid week boating and maybe some high speed runs. 👍
