If you need to off load your ride then park at Cooper Basin, North of Echo, and make your way around the dunes and head towards these GPS Coordinates N 34*15. 275’ / W 114* 12. 074’ .

When you find the trail with water running down it then follow it, that will take you there.

We tried to stay at Echo but in August the park was 100% full for TG week.

So...we are heading to a time share in Vegas (were renting from a friend) at the Cancun? I have no idea what it's like but were going none the less. Kids as well. I am going to flat tow the jeep behind the truck so we can cruise the strip open top (Poor mans convertible...and maybe hit a trail here and there). Also take a day trip and explore around Mead. Havent been there in 10+ years.

Were in the middle of a big family squabble right now so we are going it alone for TG and maybe XMas as well. I am just not up for the effort it takes to get along with thoses that are difficult. :swear

Anybody want to adopt the Merrills. LOL.
