Ballpark pizza off Antonio by the Pavillions. Kids run around like Chuck E. Cheese while the parents get drunk and eat.

I was there last week with my daughter's water polo team. That place is crazy busy!

Mark is the owner, good friend. Wife is a wing nut in a good way. Nice family. Also own Water Mark and 230 in Laguna Beach. Good food all around. :thumbsup.

Let me know if Cosmos is food related. I have heard the owner can be quit the "dude" around town. I boycott the UPS store down in the Albertsons center. That guy is a straight up tool. :thumbsdown :grumble:

Yep Mark is a good guy and yeah Michelle is funny if you get her humor but she has to be taken lightly. Their eldest daughter and mine are good friends. We have turned her into an ocean rat. My wife is having lunch with Michelle tomorrow i think. Always a story.

We used to live in Aliso Viejo and went to OPAS on their opening week 3x. Loved it and dig the blue bar.

WAL MART!!!!! We are seriously turning into Rancho Santa "ANA" Margarita. The wife says if the sign says "Wal Mart Mercado" we are putting up a For Sale sign.

I dont know, Ill look at the spot again tomrw... The tightest drive-thru i've gone through is the Mcdonalds in MV, corner of Trabuco/Alicia.... Super tight if you have a truck....... Normally I don't eat in MV, but sometimes its the only way back to RSM....lol

We've actually sold some of our lot space to them, so there is plenty of room. They should have broke ground a few months ago, but they've run into some issues with the utilities from the Edison station behind us. Apparently there are some lines that go right under where they want to put the drive-thru. Supposed to be breaking ground in May now. Stay tuned!

I can't stand the Costco off Cabot... Always go to Irvine. I read that is was Sam's going into the Lowe's location... I hope not. RSM is a tough pull. It's kind of at the end of the line. The big box stores need to pull from a large area. Ill be surprised if any of them go in.

In N Our in RSM... I hope so... That rumor has been going around for 15 years.
