Lived in RSM and was a firefighter there before our move to Havasu. Really liked it, great city.

Rancho is a bad place for families and everyone should move elsewhere.

I used to live there. Found out too many people from RDP live there and moved. Kept my place, just waiing for the riff-raff to move somewhere else.
Anyone ever have a secret desire to drop a jetski on the lake, make a bonzi run across, pack it up and head home :D

In 2005 RSM was awarded best city west of the Mississippi by Money Magazine.

I bought my first house in RSM back in 1993, watched that town grow. Owned three home there and love that area.

These RSM prople have not figured out how to get over the mountain. When they do you will have them living next door.

:D

My cars are afraid of the bridge with all those UFO lights. ;)

I think that bridge scares Yopengo as well. LOL

You know there have been 2 deaths from people falling off that bridge? My ex and I used to walk/ride the trail in to O'Neil and we came across a cross below the bridge.

No that is Rose Canyon, Carmelita's is on the lake across from Wings, use to be an Italian place. Rose Canyon is cool, food is OK, but the outside patio is AWESOME. We go there quite a bit for chips/salsa and a couple dozen beers :drnkfr:drnkfr

One of the deaths was a guy named Jeff. He was driving his Jeep to work and got hit head on. He was a tooling engineer at a competitor but our paths crossed all the time. Super nice guy. The lady that hit him walked away, she was stone ass drunk. Said the bridge lights confused her. Shame.

That bridges lights were designed so birds of prey (owls) could navigate at night and not have light pollution over O'neil park.

We diffidently need an RDP night out.

That place has been a couple different things, LOL. Years ago Wings used to be a real estate office, then a donut shop and it's been Wings for a number of years.

What about Celinda's. We used to love that place.

I was on a call when a guy jumped and committed suicide from the bridge. It was a weird one, our battalion chief drove over the bridge and saw the guy walking and then once past he looked in his rear view mirror and the guy was gone. He called it in and we responded to the bottom side and there the guy was, deader then a beaver cap.

The tract I lived in had no local hoa, and we paid to the master only. It was only $39.00 a month.

We are basically in MV.

Nope. Like Phebus my last home in Melinda Heights didn't have an HOA, just the one for the community.

You should have had Vista Norte and Samlarc. ;)

I guess that's the problem with setting stuff up on auto-pay, you forget what you're paying for! My place by the golf course only had the master HOA. It was off Antonio/Banderas.

I think there are only 2-3 associations that do not have an HOA. This one had no common areas and no pool so there was not HOA dues to keep up the property.

http://activerain.com/states/CA/cities/Rancho Santa Margarita/communities/California Tesoro
There is no local association so yards are maintained by the owners. There is the $55 HOA fee for all of RSM that allows access to all of the city pools, lake beach club, recreation areas and city facilities. This home is one of about 140 in the tract and sits on a quiet corner. There is very limited access this tract so there is only local traffic on the streets as there are no through streets to other neighborhoods.

Malloca's on the lake? That's about all the room you're going to need in your advanced age. Park your electric toon in a slip and call it a day.

BTW, there's a guy in a cove back by the finestera's that has 7 minkota's hanging off the back. Performance boating on LMV...lol.

Carmelrita's when?
