I need to transfer title on a property from my Trust to an LLC name. It should be pretty simple, I don’t need title insurance and I have all the paperwork like the grant deed.
The Fidelity title I called said they would only do it within escrow transaction. The next lucky person on the Google search I called basically said the same thing and told me I needed a “doc prep person”.
To me, this is the same as an electrician who doesn’t touch wires or a mechanic who doesn’t touch engines
