Beautiful boat, many great memories to be created. The kids will always remember Dads badass boat!
That is dead sexy
I had an Ultra named “Commission Check”Bad ass boat!
"COMMISSIONS" or "COMMISSION CHECK"
Totally looks like a fire fighters boat. Could easily be named “Dozing for Dollars”.No im a fireman. That’s why I got a red engine.
Swim platforms in Phoenix. Not as fancy as the one that stole there name in Havasu. But I am very pleased with mine. Price has probably gone up as it's been 6 years or so. But under $3K installed. If you’re going to do the swim step be prepared for some sticker shock. I was quoted about 7-8k installed. Great boat, enjoy!
That looks great and that’s a solid price. Did you drag it down to phoenix to get it done?Swim platforms in Phoenix. Not as fancy as the one that stole there name in Havasu. Yes. You can do the template route but I didn't want to deal with it. Left Parker at 8 am was at there shop by 930 and back on the road by 10am. I did it in the off season. They prefer to ship as they make thousands of them for production boats. Not really a install facility but they handled it all. I dealt with Tracy. But met the owner when I picked it up. They have the templates for most boats already. They now the template for the cobra 260 so it would be easy to just order it and pick up and install yourself or have any shop install it.That looks great and that’s a solid price. Did you drag it down to phoenix to get it done?

I wouldn’t skimp on the swimstep. It’s not so much the swim step itself but the way it’s mounted. Either it feels solid, and is solid, or it rattles and drives you nuts, or it causes cracks to form because it wasn’t braced properly.
Don’t just through bolt, back that through bolting with a backing plate at least a 1/4 inch thick aluminum plate and spread out the load on the inside.
Eliminator did a first class job on the swim step we added to the 26, and then did it again with the 30. Made both boats 100% easier to deal with boarding from the water, as well as getting people away from the sharp metal bits, when they jump in.
I also need to find a solution for the two front seats folding open on their hinges in any kind of wind or chop
Velcro?
For sure. The stuff I had would just come un-stuck from the fiberglass. Just need better adhesive I reckon
I’ve seen booth companies steps,
good set of magnets works.I also need to find a solution for the two front seats folding open on their hinges in any kind of wind or chop

This is true. @FlyByWire pulled up next to me on the 60fwy years ago. I thought I was getting pulled over for texting and driving. The RDP sticker saved me!
Were you on 95 today with boat in tow? If so saw you.
Don Burda did mine too. Great guy and really cares. Gave me all kinds of options. I was kind of amazed how cheap it was for how much effort he put into it.Yep! Bringing it home from Don Burda’s place.
