The Washington area is super hot now, houses on golf courses, etc. Just an incredible area. A lot of very well planned development. We sell weekly to contractors in St G.

Agreed, SG is very congested eveytime I exit to stop for lunch on my way to Cottonwood Heights, SLC
It's a very nice looking area overall. (So. Utah)
