Custom Canvas does all kinds of cool "custom" stuff, stripes, velcro straps, liners,, etc. I have known Ron and Monica for over 35 years, no hesitation to send people there.

A real tow cover has a felt cover underneath it. And the big Velcro straps. Not many places make a true tow cover.
