D. Subject to rebuttal, it shall be presumed that the registered owner of any watercraft found moored, parked or standing in violation of this section is responsible for such mooring, parking or standing.

E. No person shall moor, cause to be moored, parked, anchored, or left standing, any watercraft located within 25 feet of the east side of the Bridgewater channel, unless that watercraft is moored to a mooring post. Not more than 1 watercraft may be moored to a mooring post at the same time.

I'm glad to get it out of the way for this year so I don't have to worry about getting it again until next year. I can lick all the door knobs I want going forward.

I don’t particularly enjoy the channel myself.. when it’s in full swing and you have ten stereos all playing distortion etc.. it actually raises my anxiety levels a bit and I don’t get anxiety.. .

Inversely sitting in a cove by myself all day I get stir crazy in the minutes.

Had the same situation happen right next to me last Sunday, the boat just kept coming in. I enjoyed the show. If that was last Sunday I was gonna pull in there, 2 open boat spaces, but they waved me off, looks like the same peeps. I just kept going and found a spot. I thought is was bullshit that they were taking up 2 spots on a busy day, but I don't want to be where I'm not wanted. I'm not one to spend the day in the channel, but I like the people watching in the afternoon on my way back in. I'm with Dave on making space if someone wants to park by me, met some great peeps that way and enjoyed having a beer with them. Seems like if it's boat parking then people shouldn't be allowed to set up camp with no boat just like we can't park in the no mooring spots.

When I was a kid we camped in a cove for a few days. Out of an 18 Hallett flatty

It was a pretty relaxing deal.
Morning ski run, (early morning fishing for me the kid) then the ski run.
Afternoon lunch, some times go back into the canyon behind the cove and plink the little 22 rifle, or take a rip up and down the lake of the water was cool that day(a problem you won’t have) and more fishing, floating, laughing, campfires, donkey wandering into camp, and being a family.

On a different beach, way up river, I had some kind of leak. Pulled in to the first available beach. They didn't like that so much. Probably 40 feet away from their group of several boats.
It ended up being supply line hose and the flywheel met at one point, and caused a leak. Mended the hose and went on my way.

I broke down on parker just up river from castle rock shores as it was getting dark out. Good thing i was staying at castle rock. Paddled into shore and the people on the beach said we couldn't park there. I said sorry but I'm broke down. They didn't care and wanted me off thier section of beach.
