News to me too.

I knew he was in a bad way from his medical issues. A few members were routinely visiting him and then poof... He was gone.

which is why he was asked to close the paypal and not post. Not my job to post his lanudry. I will just say it wasn't right for him to take handouts from the generous members here. the handful of us that know him personally sat back and didn't comment on the "poor me" thread every week but when he started asking for $$ it went too far.

Well I hope you forewarned those that did or were about too donate? Sometimes not commenting is not good either. I imagine you were in a tough situation so I guess you did the best you could.

Don't get me wrong I hope he truely did use the money for his kid. The story behind it was bullshit.

SUX that people get taken advantage of, I didn't donate because it's hard for me to buy into the bullshit. I won't donate unless I know the person or someone vouches for them.
