Oil refinery. Still working.
Gotta believe it’s been a busy month.Manage a trucking company. Product still has to move. if demand drops....we're in trouble
I've lost all my work, studios have shut down. I was booked solid until May, now nothing. In fact, my next job scheduled is the 2020 Olympics in Tokyo leaving July 12th. NBC sent me an email saying that they are watching the situation closely but plan to be in Tokyo. We'll see. I guess I'll work on my house and live off of my savings.
Do you have a Plan B lol?I'm retired and wife works for the state. She is working remotely from home for the time being.
I work in the marine industry.LEOs, fire, hospital, utilities?
City power plant worker here. I wouldn’t think they would shut us down, but if they do, we have bigger issues than coronavirus going on.
Yep.... boss said "are you sick?" Before I could even answer... "see your ass at 6am"Oil refinery. Still working.
RN and has a compromised immune system? Damn, how does that work in normal times?... bad stuff in hospitals all the time.Wife is an RN and I’m a HVAC contractor. We are considering going remote. Downside for me is wife is immune compromised so we will have to make some decisions shortly as to what we will be doing. She can’t get infected.
Ohh yeah, and we already had 1 confirmed case of covid-19
Nope. The shit you say some times. I'm a Fire Captain and my wife works for one of the two AZ power companies. We both work no matter what. She's working from home right now as mandated by the company and I'm going to hit the OT hard for the next few months. Some of us actually try to make a bad situation into a positive and move forward with life.If a true recession hits, the answer is no one.

Lol think so.We must work at the same place.
Very carefully. 13 years and she’s never had an issue. This though has got her panicked so we are in a wait and see position.RN and has a compromised immune system? Damn, how does that work in normal times?... bad stuff in hospitals all the time.
I'm with you.I will continue to be retired
Stationed at Nellis and we are restricted to Clark County. All leave cancelled, TDY personnel sent back to their bases, and mission essential personnel only to their workplaces. They also restricted the base to active duty, dependents, and mission essential contractors only. However, being Search and Rescue on C-130’s we have the plane locked and cocked to launch.
Yah computer caught a problem in an engine before launch. Good thing we have back back back up sensors.Did they have a problem today?
As of now no flying. Not sure what their plan is for all the foreigners. Hopefully send them home.Interesting. Isn't Red Flag 20-2 going on? How are they handling that?
Me too, actually DWP. Where are you?
I’m at LAX. Even though the flight #’s are down, you still got to maintain the place.Street Services special projects panel crew.
I work in the marine industry.
If you aren’t in the hospital you aren’t sick, and your ass should be at work.
