Well I have about 15 hours without a glitch my daughter was at the lake house this weekend with her husband and 3 other couples,the guys are huge weighing 270,250,240 and 180, the ladies are also somewhat large at 180, 170,150,130 the Cobalt A25 with the 8.2-380 hp with the catalyst removed and the whipple upgrade with the Bravo 3 X with 1.81 ratio with the lead prop of 22.5 and the back propeller of 24 pitch with all 7 in the boat and a large female on a slalom ski it was a breeze to pull her out of the water.My daughter stated that last year the throddle could not have been pushed to the mat,as it would not pull a skier on 2 with the same load.This mod has made this boat almost a hot rod compared to what it was.Worth every dollar,and simple to do.

Did you have any issue with the starting and idleing with then program.. I just did my flash and I am having some issues getting it idle..doesn't like running under 1000 rpm..

Mine is perfect,I would contact Whipple and discuss the problem with them.

Idle is fine now that all the rocker arms are tight... The problem now is that it's running really rich and I it won't spin over 4800 rpm.. New program is 5500 limit

what did it spin before the reflash?

Maybe 5200

It was 4600 then the guy who built it advanced timing from 29 to 31 and it picked up 200 rpm and about 5 mph, still rich
