Just bought a 95 Howard Custom Cruiser with 454 and Bravo 3. It currently has a 22p prop and also came with a 26p. Will mostly be in Havasu and occasionally in altitude in Big Bear. Which prop should I run?

Bravo 3 so you have 2 sets of props?
26 set Havasu and 22 set big bear. I think it was market place where I just saw a set of 24s. I had a bravo 3 with 6.2 and the 24s worked best all around.

The 22 big bear or water sports. Did it come with the socket to change them?

Sounds almost like the previous owner had the same program.

@Socalx09 has been looking into this and might have some info that could help. I believe they had P22 & P26. 22 was great at Powell and 26 was a bit much for their boat. They just found a 24 and used it for a little bit and they can fill in more info. 👍

Bravo 3 is a little different compared to there B1 props. Since it's a duo prop setup.

If he bought a set of 24s. He would have all three the common size b3 to chose from. Not as easy to swap as a b1. But having options is nice. I had 2 sets of b3. And I have 4 B1 props but had 6 when I was figuring out which ones worked best.

I would think, thats assuming your 454 is the ~315hp variant, the 26 would be too tall (even for Havasu).

I have an Essex's 23 Monarch probably close to weight as your Howard 454 315 hp and I run 26 props on my bravo 3 no problem 8 people on the boat and she comes out of the hole just fine . and that's running Havasu
