10,500…easy pull…wrist pins start pulling the pistons apart when you get near 11,000, so we keep it conservative…lolDaaamn what's it redline at...sounds like you brought er up to about 23K!

Never heard an outboard sound this badass while under way. Wait till the :16 mark. Another badass sounding startup is a 8V92 in a sport fisher.
Warpath here with Bob Saccenti on the throttles. I would love to experience a ride like that in that boat or Allez Vite. I always laugh at the first video I posted. Nice quiet cute boats then you hear some awesome GM big block power and this rowdy V hull enters the picture airing out and just walks away.Allez Vite 41Apache. It’s still around. On the east coast I believe. Don’t remember who was throttling buuuuuuut he was missing a few.
Love the BLAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH - silent while it airs out - then - BLAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!!!
My favorite part of running in big water hard. Working the throttles.
I was going to say 2 stroke Johnson V8(s) but, yepLove the sound of a blown big block. There's also something special about the sound of a 2.5 drag motor at 9000 rpm
