Not only that, she will sue him, and the transit company...and win....The abuse that bus operators endure, from the people they carry (especially after a fare increase) is incredible....There is a button for them to step on to call the police, and they respond quickly. They are the ones to handle troubled passengers. The company spends alot to have that system, and expects them to use it....We have had numerous (male & female) bus operators shot, stabbed and beaten....and a few murdered as well.....Not an easy job.

Looks to me like starting at 26 seconds she lunges towards him and at a minimum is shoving him while he is seated. Given the reaction from her fans I'm pretty sure she hit or slapped him. Only after that did he stand up and deliver a little street justice.

On a side note, as mentioned, better have all you ducks in a row before you physically restrain someone as a civilian. A lot easier to sue a Civilian for taking action and making a forceable arrest than it is a Police Officer.

Since he went far enough to actually HIT HER, I feel he should have just "knocked her the fuck out" (or beat her head on the floor until she went out) then throw her off the bus and drive away. Then turn to the others in the bus and ask "who wants go get off the bus next ?" Finally, he needed to get the camera or phone that this video was shot with and destroy the images. Bad choices all the way around for that driver..... Black people + fighting = video at 10PM + lawyers ! HA HA

most buses also have onboard camera systems on them too. he'd have to go full on liam neeson to get that footage and save himself.
