Nothing but laying in bed all weekend. Recovering from hemorrhoid surgery.

I fix sidewalks, driveway approaches, curb and gutter at work due to tree roots. I'm tearing out my dads driveway because of tree roots.

Hmmmm….maybe you can put in an approach for my RV access during work one day . No tree roots over there but I’m sure there’s another reason to suddenly put in an approach where there isn’t one

Man this has been happening to me lately. I wash it and get it nice for the road then boom rain. Last dune trip it looked like it just crossed the country during a snowstorm. Detailed it last Thursday and it rained on it all Thursday night

I forgot to respond, I couldn’t agree more! Had it sit outside Friday night and it didn’t end up too bad. But had it home Saturday night and forgot to turn my sprinklers off and trashed the side of it haha

In Spangler/Randsberg until next week then Jean/Vegas visit Grandma Axehandle then drop down to LHC.

The “egress” window was ya buy the complete frame, or good chance the window if bought separate may not fit with no refund.

Knocked out that fix and we packed up and headed out.

Man-o-man do girls ever have luggage.
Boys just a hanger spot in the closet and a drawer, girls a serious section in the 18’ garage for their stuff.

Vast baggage.
They’d pack steamer trunks if I’d be cool with it.

Our Solar w batteries if heating lasting until 1am then start the generator.

A gallon of gas to heat the rig with electric easier to deal with than a gallon of propane to fire the furnace each night.

Finally, I’ve at least started going through shit I’ve collected or was given over the decades. I’ve got a banker’s box full of new collector series Case knifes, perhaps 75 or more collected over 30 years, many in framed cases all with certs, and another box of new 1950s and 60s stuff. I’m in town and am going to go see the folks at Estate Action Services (across the street from RDP) tomorrow about consigning it at their next auction.

I figure if I’m able to put together a box or two a month of this type of stuff and continue to consign it, I’ll be looking a lot better in terms of clearing out the things I don’t need before I retire and move to town full time later this year.

It amazes me how much crap I have collected (over the years) that is really unneeded and now, actually unwanted.

Gotta say, we attended one of their auctions a few weeks ago and it was well done. There was a significant on line presence as well.

Lots of spots are kept quiet to avoid vandals.

I grilled some chicken tacos over the weekend and cracked a couple Dos Equis beers that have been in my fridge since I used the last of my limes off our tree last November.

Replaced both torsion axles and switched from oil bath to grease hubs then went for a boat ride down to Pirates for lunch on Sunday. The weather was beautiful and we had the river to ourselves.
