Who is struggling in Ukraine? Have you looked at a battle map lately? The Russians have already won. It’s fucking over. Russia has its land bridge.
View attachment 1287647

The Russians are killing Ukrainian forces at a rate of 40-50:1.

If hypothetically you get into it with a couple thousand dudes from a 3rd world, shithole with combat training they would roll through the entire town of Havasu by sunset Old Testament style.

The people in Havasu would be too busy arguing about what cooler will keep their meat rations colder for longer, trying to load gold bars into their truck and bartering for wet wipes.

We haven’t even brought up the opportunist criminal factions that will go after everyone in a lawless situation with no consequences.

Hypothetically.. lol. I’ll just say I disagree.

I haven’t seen that battle map before though

If there was an EMP disaster it would also kill your (or anyones) chargers, inverters, BMS, etc. rendering solar and lithium batteries almost useless.

Sol-Ark got out in front of this as far back as 2018. This is from their website:

How to Protect Your Solar Power System from EMP and Solar Flares

To reduce the effects of an EMP, you could go through the added trouble and extra expense to build a large mesh Faraday cage to house your charge controllers and inverters. In simple terms, Faraday Cages distribute electrostatic charges around their exterior and act as a shield to anything within them. Unfortunately, even if your solar inverter and charge controller is in a Faraday cage, EMP signals can still fry your circuit technologies if the system is plugged into the Grid.

The best and most convenient way to protect your solar power system is by using EMP-hardened solar power systems, just like the military uses. The Sol-Ark-12K All-In-One Solar Generator System‘s EMP Hardening is modeled after military designs that protect the system, solar panels, and your appliances while in use. It is actually (100Kv/M) EMP Hardened, which is twice that of military standards. After 8 months of rigorous testing, this hybrid inverter system has proven to withstand over 140 blasts of massive EMP shocks and protects the appliances plugged into it.

Our little RV park runs that system.

I have had plenty robust solar setups on the trailer put in by the same guy who did Washs property.

The current one has solar and 500Ah of lithium. Not like that system Washs friend has but would get me along.

All the monitoring and so forth via the phone or controllers is pretty standard on anything remotely robust. You cant pull up remotely unless you have some type of connection. In the event of EMP disaster i do not believe that will work but they will probably be at the trailer so its not important.

That being said I would like to add another 500-600AH of batteries.

Not comparing my setup to that awesome setup
I believe James at NAZ did your RV, he's the head engineer there. He's done the designs on all our stuff with Chicken Dan heading up the install.

Here's James and The Chicken in the beginning.

Here's Chicken Dan and his wife currently. It's a pretty strong relationship they've built as an independent installer through their partner program.

At some point I'll get him to start posting here- everything he does aligns with so many members on RDP.

I’m dead set on enjoying every minute of what we have left.

Yeah, enjoying the decline.

If you care though, there's some reason to hope.

Yep. Read it on a trip 2 years ago. I’ll check out the others

My rebuttal with the black pill article . I believe the libs are using these polarizing issues to divide, distract and create division in a Machiavellian way to get what they desire. fascism

The libs employing this tactic, language and truth bending are not stupid. They understand how to manipulate people and human nature. And it’s working

The Speed cars are the Gamma Goat of UTVs in this story.

Edit: 45 seconds after this post I received a cease and desist email from a Speed legal counselor. In no way shape or form did I intend to have any basis for my comparison to the lovable Gamma Goat and a superior Speed UTV. My comments are reserved for my own amusement. Carry on.

I tend to believe some people will surprise you in times of need. A couple of years ago I was at an Arizona state park enjoying the day while Angie was writing her book. I was finishing my day and packing up my truck when I smelled smoke. Along the highway, someone had tossed a cigarette or something and it sparked a small fire.

I was near Sedona and if that fire spread it would have been bad.

Yes there were a few of those soft guys who yelled at the family to hurry up and get in the car because they had dinner reservations and the road would be closed if they did not get out, but I saw citizens run toward the fire as I did with whatever they could find to fight. I was in flip-flops and shorts so I knew I was not going to be jumping into the flames, but I tossed hand tools to a bunch of young men and women who went to work. That fire was out before the fire crew was even close.

We still see people run toward the fight time and time again. All is not lost in this country, I refuse to believe that.

In so far as Havasu, I envision a UTV fast attack team smashing your 1000-man army of dirt worshipers. :) My money is on Havasu not falling in 24 hours. Don't forget the Air National Guard and their Osprey's might have something to say about your 3rd world heathens. :)

I said 99% will flee. Havasu has what 57k people? 600 people running towards the fight is around 1%. That sounds about right.

Havasu would fall in less than 24 hours. There is nowhere to go, it’s an island in the middle of a desert. It can easily be surrounded and entered from all sides.

Since this is complete fantasy, I hope the Osprey does not take out the rack storage building with all those nice boats in it that the enemy has made their base camp.

3.ammo to go with #1
Yes, pallets of it and a forklift so you can move it around, an propane for the forklift, and a warehouse to store the pallets and the forklift, and a fork lift repair guy to repair the fork lift so you can move the pallets of ammo around the warehouse…….

BTW that sidearm should be 3 or 4 1911’s, we’ll just end that internet debate before it starts 😂

Pretty sure Havasu would be relatively safe for some time. Not exactly a strategic target 🤣 Long way to go and not much there to fight for. The bigger issue would be it's isolation and being supported by trucking.
How long until the shelves are empty in a heavily armed town?

Better load up on fishing gear and water purification kits because supply chain will be closed and nothing grows in havasu

I have 0 idea why people claim they would “stay there” unless they are resigning themselves to eating bluegill and catfish after their meat spoiled because the EMP took out their deep freezer. All this while hand pumping 50 gallons of 87 out of the gas station storage tank to idle their boat around to fish because it requires 91 or race gas.

I'm outta here at first trouble. I gotta cross a few major rivers to get home and I am pretty sure they will be secured or disabled. I always wonder why people say they would come here as well. soil sucks for growing, and you'll have to eat lizards. Who knows what happens with the Dam system?

Just imagine trying to survive the summer without air-conditioning. It’s doable. At least there’s water and fish but when the hills have eyes appear to steal all your crap while you’re fishing, I can’t imagine it would be that hospitable

I can hear the iron maiden song playing as a theme

Methheads in the hills live longer than cockroaches.

They would be the only ones truly equipped to live like that - similar to the people from the Mid East that live like that their entire lives and trained from a young age to fight in urban desert conditions.

We had to retrain our entire military to fight in those conditions.

So you’d be fighting the people of the dirt off like vultures… and an enemy that is 3rd world dirt people familiar with first world weaponry.

I’d choose another hill to die on personally.

I have 4000 watts of solar 6000watt inverter with 21kw of LifePo4 all contained in a EMP resistant building…

LifePo4 does not have runaway thermal fire issues like the old NiCad Lithium Samsung phones than people had no problem carrying 2 inches from their pecker… so that not an issue.

I am surrounded by Mormons and have a copy of the Book of Mormon on hand to convert and then trade for endless refrigeration services…

Since we are playing fantasy camp for warriors in this thread!

All of this posturing just goes to prove that none of us knows exactly what will happen, who will support Patriots, who is actually attacking, etc.

Multiple scenarios in here.

Military is supposed to be forbidden to act via the Posse Comitatus Act, but is just more smoke and mirrors since the Insurrection Act trumps it, with literally no rules.

We are going to have to trust members of the military to commit treason by refusing to follow orders to attack citizens.

Scary stuff.

Exactly. My goofball Navy Captain Brother in Law is sending group txts to the family today saying Lebanon has just declared war with Israel and we should be stocking up on supplies. I don't trust him or his sources.

I can march nonstop for longer than your UTV can run on a tank of fuel, and I’ve never had more than a few hundred rounds of ammo on me at any given time.
I am skilled at firing every US and Soviet block field weapon, including RPGs and most S2A field missiles.

Yea, but has he ever had a super soaker fired at him in the channel, or had to give up a spot because somebody put up an awning?

He had no clue what hardship really is, huh? 😎😂

Well, yeah:

The defector warned us the communists have a long-term, four-pronged plan to conquer America without chambering a bullet. The four stages of the plan are:

  • Demoralization
  • Destabilization
  • Crisis
  • Normalization

My worthless 2cents:
Its harsh but it's my personal opinion.

I don't want or welcome a fight with a foreign power.
But
I do 100% welcome a fight from within this Country.

Sadly, I think the US will continue to die a slow death without a shot ever fired.
If current politicians (mostly) Democrats and their supporters are not rooted out and "dealt with".
Recent generations of young people currently in the high-school / college systems are by in large a "bad crop".
Better to just plow them all under and start over after it's over.
Current politicians are a cancer that needs to be cut out before we all reach the PNR.

Grim, but that's how I see it.

My thoughts, and been shared before, I don't want to fight. Foreign or domestic threats are no different, they both mean to enslave the survivors, and don't care how few there are.

I don't want to fight.

I am, however, more than capable, physically and mentally, and will do so if need be. It won't be my first, though it may be my last...and I'm at peace with that. Everything I do, I do for my family. If that's how I live, than that is how should leave.

Unfortunately, few right-minded individuals want to be teachers, particularly in the universities, therefore many of the kids have just been wrongly influenced and need to see the light. When they see SHTF, they’ll quickly be properly influenced.

I'm surprised more folks don't add legit systems to RV's like you did. Zero downside to it besides cash outlay. In the event of the unthinkable that cash is useless but a fully self contained rig would be gold.
The only problem I see with this Mobile Offgrid Setup is when yore driving to your destination during a SHTF Event you will likely be targeted by both sides!

the unfortunate part of some of these posts are no matter where some one buggs out to someone will be already there and they will not be happy to see you, the highways will be cloged with broken down cars and desperate people with the same idea of getting out of dodge., what about fuel distribution will there be any available along the way? if not no one is going anywhere

My uninformed opinion. Lot of talk on here about what if, and what I would do. All the bullshit goes out the window when the shit hits the fan. My biggest fear is an EMP taking out the grid. Faraday cages might protect some of these off grid locations, we hope. Even old school cars and trucks need fuel. What then when your source runs out? The hordes of have nots will be trying to get to the “haves”. I don’t care how many guns or ammo you have, unless you are prepared to live like stone age cavemen, it’s over. Speculation is simply that, nothing more, nothing less. The future does not look promising so I live everyday like it’s my last within sane reason.

That's the best part of being in a redneck area...we figure if the pickup starts in the morning, it's made the grade 🤣

Hell, I'm putting the gun racks back in the 83. 350/350, and if an emp takes out the HEI I'll stuff a Unilite in👍
Hell ya bro!
