Never been here before and did zero research before coming up. Came up for the Jason Isbell concert. Went to Tin City yesterday. What are some other cool places to check out in Paso?

Estrella Warbird museum by the airport . If you have never been up here before I'd take a loop around Vineyard / chimney rock / Adelaide and hit a couple wineries in that area to see the scenery of the region from the semi back roads .

Drive west on the 46 to the coast - Hearst castle & seal lions beautiful coast line it’s a forgotten place…. A few coastal towns to see but they get busy touristy

food -
down Paso area is great, By the park area, walk around and get appetizers and some drinks / wine Excellent time!

FYI
after about 3 wine tasting your pallet is toast - Flavor town over load… don’t go overboard

Justin is our favorite great lunch and excellent vino

Vina Robles wine tasting and concert

Lake Navi is a nice drive

Firestone Brewery and Eberle Winery is always a stop for us.
Eberle for sure. Gary has enclosed the outside patio ( I think it is finished). To have AC/ swamp cooling so it’s very comfortable. If you’re lucky he will be smoking or grilling some sausage or ribs. Maybe even a pizza in his oven
They also have a cellar/ cave tour available

Always try to eat one night at Buona Tavola

As said. Vina Robles is a great place. And if you get tickets for a concert. It’s a great venue. Only about 2500-3000 seating capacity. 👍

Back roads. Cruise around. Olive tasting places And I think a distillery or two back up by Naci. Been awhile. 🤷

I've got nothing for recommendations but we say Isbell last night at the Greek. It was a killer show, enjoy!

Even if you really aren't into wine much, the tasting loop along 46 West to Vineyard North to Adelaide East is a GORGEOUS drive. Stop into a couple of the small wineries. There are a lot of gorgeous ones up there with VERY hospitable people. I wouldn't be surprised if Walebone has a BBq going with some killer tri tip sandwiches.

I heard they were closing in the patio but haven’t been there since. I’ll have to go back and check it out. Good to know 👍

We’re members and I’m pretty sure we got an email. Letting us know it is covered and screened in. With heating and cooling for the comfort of their guest. 👍👍👍

They Installed Very nice high end Cover Systems over both the north and south Decks. The roof panels open and close ( Motorized) and there are retractable shade/wind panels on the west side of each. Infrared Heaters (11) and Misting System was to be added as well. Very Nice for you members and all Guests alike.

Rodeo & dog shows is all I got the day I was there boiling my ass off looking at acreage. All the Cali folks sold in early 2000s and thought they'd all become wine growers, lol.

Tin City is a pretty cool place to walk around and hang out. Has Barrel House Brewing, a cidery, some wineries and a hand full of places to eat. It is just down the road from Firestone.

We ended up over there twice and checked out every place that was open. Very cool place. Brought back a bunch of good beers and booze we tried. I’d like to go back and see a show at the venue behind Barrel House.

Jason Isbell and the 400 Unit put on a great show!
