Perfect weather- closed (gone boating)
Boating event in town- closed (gone boating)
Rent due- might be open (if the boating isn’t good)

Both front doors were locked and me and the wifey peaked inside with no one in there about noonish? Did I miss a doorbell? No worries we got to admire the cool pic on the window as we were part of the tie-up. I'll try again in "2 weeks".
