Every damn penny! I giggle a little every time I drive it, and thats daily. I wish I had bought one when I was younger, but the whole money part would have been an issue.

Bought a place in Mammoth....my other get away spot ....been looking for 3 years and thought things were high 3 years ago....well we know the end of that story.... still was able to pick a place up about $100 less per square foot than others on the market at the same time...time on market on most well priced places is 2 days...I had an offer locked in within 1.5 days and they locked in as they wanted a 70 day escrow.......lots of equity just after moving in and will make a nice AirBnB...
