We talking 1500 or 2500/3500 at4.
If we are talking hds i have seen many fitting 37s on 9-10 inch wide 18s or 20s with a minor level kit 0 to -19 offset from what i have seen. Sure no problem picking wheel offset if looking at 35s on the hds. No clue on 1500s sorry haha

Go with 37” tires on a 18” wheel +18 offset with the cognito 3” kit. Looks killer. Not my truck, a buddies.

I have a 2019 and the squared wheel wells only allow a 35” tire, I went with basically a 34”. Both trucks here are on the cognito 3” with fox shocks and both ride great. Kings have an adapter to make the shock work on these trucks which I’m told isn’t as sano hence why we both went Fox shocks.

Cognito is definitely a reputable Brand. Anything under 4” will be Level kit. As far as wheels will need to be a very +offset and some serious trimming to get 37’s under anything less than 4”.

4" CST stage 5 kit with 37s

Definitely go with 37s... 35s will look like skateboard wheels on the truck because it's so beefy. We have a 2020, but they aren't dramatically different.

These newer 24/25s gms are having no problem with positive offset wheels and barely 2 inch levels in the front with no trimming but removing the plastic mud guard piece of the fender. Lots of google searches show it also. Even people doing 37s on the at4x /zr2 and factory is just 1.5” front lift over the other trim levels.

Definitely agree cognito / kryptonite level and good shocks some have done reverse lift in the rear 1 to 2 inch lower shackle to really level it out if your not going full blown 4” kit
