What's your horses names? My buddy's last name is Hubbard. He and his dad have several horses that fun their. Mostly quarter horses and a few thoroughbreds.

I stood next to the gate when they started the quarter horses. Impressive to say the least.

Hubbard is near my Dad in the Jockey Club I think. One of my Pops TB's, Favorite Lad is running Sunday @ 3:35. I'm not sure who the trainer has running next weekend.

No, he didn't want to live on a scorched hill with burt trees all around for the rest of his life while it re-grows so he found another place. Totally different stye and all. Pretty cool place though on a creek, gated, like 3 acre parcels. This one has a smallish shop with it. He's got one of his Hudsons up there to play with and he's getting set up so he can bring one of his airstreams up the we gutted and rebuild the interior while he's up there. He wants to show the Safari a couple times this summer, then he said that's going to be his commuter car.

It is my sole purpose in life to be a passive aggressive anarchist who is a pain in the ass to RD. It may not pay much, but my swag shows up when I don't even order it. :thumbsup

Derrol flew me around the entire burnt area last weekend. I remember him calling me when it was burning. Needless to say he was a little nervous.

They acreage burnt was huge. Lots of black sticks in the mountains now. We went into one of his develpments, cant remember the name of it. Huge, beautiful homes with views of burnt trees right outside the windows. Devastating.

Hope y'all get some rain soon. All the trees and vegetation were really dry. Derrol said he can't remember it being that dry.

That's because the vendor he uses gives out one free children's size with every 10 adult sizes. Leaves too much leftover little kid stuff he can't sell but it fits perfectly on midgets.

Phil Troost. When you were flying did you see a very large Very nice spread (huge house and horse spread) just outside the burn line NE of Bonnita lake over Nogal? Yates house, that WAS my dad's neighbor.

I'm sure I saw it. I'd never been to Ruidoso before so it all kinda blends together for me right now.

That trip is gonna cost me some money in the future too. Now, I love betting on horses and I love Ruidoso.

I'll ask Derrol about Phil Troost.

Just spoke with Derrol. He doesn't know your dad. Your dad's spot at the jockey club is probably next to Derrols dad, RD Hubbard.

I'll definate;ly be going out again this summer, when I do I'll post up and see if you have any runners. I'll even bet on them, just cuz )

Real Job:
I do sales analytics (mainly pipeline forecasting) for a chemical engineering software firm. If you are an operator at a refinery or do design work in oil and gas, you probably have used our stuff.

Hobby Job in the garage:
I design and build cornhole boards to put some gas in the boat and that's about it.

Former Jobs:
I worked in the auto industry for quite a while, in particular selling for Cadillac, I liekhaving a salary and weekends off now a days, just suits me better.

about every half hour I go over and 'check out' the ice maker, then I turn to the bar and operate some Fireball or Oakheart . I'm very diligent at my work, I never miss a 'half hour test session' along with the required work in between tests .

Self Employed, Freight Broker.

Also started a new company last year and looking to be full time with it by end of this year. It is a Tax Review, Planning and Resolutions Company for Business Owners and Self-Employed. We specialize in utilizing the US Tax Codes 197 and 167. It is a niche business that nobody out there is focusing on in the industry.

Closed my dealership during 2012 and I really didn't know what I was going to do at that point for certain.
Purchased a few homes as rentals and figured it wasn't all that bad a gig. Leased the former dealership property to some great folks that spent a few mil to build a brewery and restaurant there.
The stars are currently in alignment.[emoji57]

I was a self employed graphic designer making designing artwork/animation and programming for PBS, Lionsgate, Universal, Panasonic, sony etc. DVD's went out, Bluray came in and I didn't want to spend the money for the new programming suite so I retired and started building a hot rod. I had purchased a lathe, mill, welders, plasma and other stuff to finish the car but need a shear and brake and other large equipment that would not fit in the garage. A guy that bought the original chassis from my car has a hot rod shop, so I asked him if he could make the parts for my car. He asked me to come work for him there and finish my car at his shop. That's where I have been since, I don't make any money, but have lots of fun and get to play with old cars all day.

My wife is the outpatient physical therapy lead at Little Company of Mary hospital here in Torrance. She makes all the money, I play.

If anyone on the board is from the south bay I am sure they have seen me driving this around...
