We are OK, just got back from Phoenix.
Wish we could sell our property and move there, maybe in a couple more years...
I'm not saying that you are automatically wrong, I just have not seen anything anywhere refuting the mansion deal. There are many seemingly detailed articles saying it is true.

I also look forward to this being over. Though for different reasons maybe.
If O is ousted as I believe he will be, the workload will increase dramatically in my industry.
It is very exciting to think that I may actually be able to start building up to the level we were at in 08'.
This year has been my lowest cash flow by far.
Overall nearly 50% lower than 08. Still I was able to hold on while many guys simply just had no job. There was one very large investor that made it possible for our main client to keep several rigs running and 3 very large projects. (About $30 million per project). The investment was a hedge on NG prices, the investor uses huge amounts of NG in steel manufacturing.
It took about a year for them to commit.
4 years ago their investment plan would have never made it to the table, they would have been way back in line behind the heavy hitters.

All the rehtoric in the world doesn't change facts. And one fact is that for 4 years this admin has done everything in its power to crush and villianize my industry, putting thousands of Men and Families out of work and on the street. All for nothing but political postering, pandering for green votes, and funneling cash for favors. I look forward to seeing that end.
