I know a few here have heard of my wife’s and I’s plan to retire and move to the east coast to be closer to our son, DIL and probably only grand baby. I’ve been talking about it for a couple years now.
Well, we put in an offer a house yesterday and it was accepted. 1700 SF on .5 acres in Epsom NH. Brand new build not in a subdivision. It’s 10 miles from our kids house in Concord NH. Won’t be finished until mid Dec.
Wife is on cloud nine. I’m freaking out. 3000 mile move with three dogs and three cats.

Call the Contractor right away. No cover over the front door and it's in the drip line. No bueno buddy. Put in a covered deck front and back and with a gable over the front stairs and it'll be "Sano". Nice garage

So someone asked earlier about washing windows 30’ high. Well, the windows in this house you wash from the inside. One half pivots in then the other half pivots behind it. Pretty trick if you ask me.

They are slick when they work. Be sure to lube up the sash balances and maintain if possible. They could be difficult to find replacements down the road.
