Sorry, I cant tell which state is which because they don't have any names on them. And I counted like 60 states because of all those dots on the lower left. What was this thread about?

Wonder what this looks like if you throw population against each states performance. My guess is that population is influencing this data significantly. Social economic is also impacting.
