My last whole was basically cut this way Joel is recommending. After a few yearly orders this seems to work best for me and my fam. I would reorder and still have some of the roasts and rounds left over, gifting them to grandma lol. Little by little I would request more ground beef. This order is perfect, I still keep the short ribs though.

The feedback has been overwhelmingly positive in favor of this. I spent most of yesterday setting everything up on our end to have the first round of these available in September.
Havasu, Bullhead, Kingman, Prescott deliveries will be first part of September.
SoCal (Fontana) delivery is Saturday September 14th.

Thank you to everyone that responded here and by message/text. It really helped a lot. I'm waiting a week to send the e-mail out to our customers so any RDP members interested will get on the list first.
