It amazes me how everyone rushes to judgement without even having any knowledge of the circumstances.
Will everyone walk back their opinions if it comes out that a Jet ski or a wakeboard boat cut him off and he turned hard to avoid a collision?
”Mr Coast Guard investigator…….. I was only going 130mph, when that jet ski cut in front of me.“
I guarantee that maritime law will find excessive speed to be a major contributing factor to any accident that occurred, for “what ever the reason” the boat ended up in the Forrest.
