This has come up many times on this forum. Always thought a dry gas mister would make a good Go-Fly project. I've thought one could run water through a vacuum, outgas it and use it as a dry evaporator.

Was at Javelin Cantina after Christmas. It looked like they had something similar out on their patio area. Guess that’s what made me think of them.
