I’m looking to move a small forklift from Vegas to Havasu. Anyone have any suggestions on how to do this and not spend a ton of money doing it?

Tow truck with a tilt bed.....I also think you can rent a forklift trailer, but not sure.

Is there a lift equipment rental yard in both Vegas and Havasu. If one yard is out of a certain lift they may have another yard deliver it to them. Maybe you can catch a ride for a cost. We used to have a local guy move our lifts for us.

I moved a 5k pound (capacity, not total weight) from Washington to CA. Rented a trailer that was capable and had flat bed tow truck on each end do the load and unload. Cheapest way I could do it because I also had to pickup other lifts and equipment. May be cheaper for transporters for your shorter distance.

United Rental has 9000# trailers that tilt. Used them this year to move SJP's lift. Approx $100, you need 3/4 ton truck, have good chains and binders.
