RD....you got to paint or powdercoat those racks now before they go back in....how you gonna look at those rust buckets when you are building the DCB of man caves!!!...

The uprights are being powder coated black. The beams are being powder coated red.

It’s gonna match the rdp logos in the floors in both bays.

On the machine shop side I also put a toy syndicate logo in the floor.

That was gonna be my update for today. Lol

Both offices are now epoxied and flaked. They put whatever top coat goes on it tomorrow, me then they will spread that same top coat through both bays.

I was gonna paint them myself, but I asked the powder coated next door if he could do something that large and he said no problem. Then he gave me the neighbor price and I told him have at it. Lol

It woulda have been more time and money to paint them myself and likely wouldn’t have come out as nice.

Are you going to peel up the stickers after epoxy or are you going just with a clear epoxy in that area?

We are clear coating the floors.. no epoxy. The stickers are perforated to allow the clear coat to go through them and adhere.

Gonna take me a week or so to move everything ln.. gotta find some desks / internet / forklift.. reassemble the pallet racks.

If I had to guess the answer would be “two weeks”.

I am gonna build a little wooden dolly for when I get my Daytona in there and I go through the trailer.

I don’t think we will ever take a boat off a trailer here.. (other than that Daytona). I’m not doing any fiberglass or paint work.

I don’t really think we will be doing too many parties etc here. I am changing my garage over to pool tables and ping pong etc.

I will have merch on site at this location. Won’t be setup for a bit though and probably just men’s stuff. Be hard to stick all the designs we have.

Saw this post and thought it was cheap. But then heard triple net. I found another shop in Harbor City. $4500 a month then got the kicker $900 additional fees per month for triple net. $5400! It is still vacant.

I have a few friends with same deal in Torrance. If they leave it goes up to $1650-1850. And there is a waiting list. Commercial broker told me it's the craziest market in 31 years he's been in the business.
