Warehouse available in Havasu

I see people looking for a warehouse in havasu from time to time. I came across this unit and it’s too large for me. 3,500 ft with office. I’m told it’s $.65/ft. I’d sub the 1,000sq ft side if for some reason you don’t want the whole space.

Bought a CNC machine,
Moving my machines and tools down there.

Then putting boat / rv / enclosed trailer down there.

It’s an awesome building for what I’m gonna use it for.

I haven’t rented the upstairs yet. Stacy and I are going down there shortly i was gonna let her check it out to see if she wanted it for RE office overflow.

We rented the upstairs on McCullough as well though now so I’m not sure if we need it.

The view from up there has gotta be pretty awesome. I’m not sure what amenities the rooms have but they seemed to have someone there “late” every night.
