Says it has a blown motor but I believe a few members liked this boat.

I just saw it getting towed out on the 10 last week. Beautiful boat, I want to say Walt sold it for $7500 in running condition…

Buy it for 7 and throw on a motor for 6? Not a bad ride for under 20 on the lower river.

It's funny you say that! She decided last night we needed another puppy (As if I have any say in this decision!). I responded and said "Cool, do I get another boat??"

I can’t imagine it would be very hard to find a 90s 2.5.

EFI motor would be sweet too.

It is a very nice boat, but my next boat will be an STV...maybe a big Hallett. Not really interested in the lower river anymore. I need fresher water.

Speaking of Walt’s old boat, has anyone seen the 22 around? It sold at CoPart about a year ago or so, I’d imagine it’s gotta be close to being back on the water.

I did that with another boat purchase a few years ago and just about lost my life over it. I'm not testing those waters a second time.

I always wanted that boat so much. And my hull is getting REALLY beat. Unfortunately an expense like that is the last thing I need or could afford. It's too bad cause I'd just yank my motor and slap it right on there and go.

If someone wanted to do something like that, I've seen a couple 2.4 Black Max's on FB marketplace for less than 4k. Get The Caliber 1 for 7, motor for 3. It'll bolt right up and SHOULDNT need anything else. That'd be a sweet 70+ mph ride for 10k....
