Guess I will have to go check it out myself and let the folks on here know. But my judgement can be skewed, I'm a fluffy guy who likes to drink, so any bar with food and young ladies serving me gets bonus points regardless. And its on the river with a view, not a bad start.

That location has never done well, except for the initial openings. Those coves are shallow and have no circulation. Haven't been in there for quite a while but always had a good view from the bar

Is that the old Chart Room at the original Riviera Marina?

EDIT: Indeed it is.

That place was named something else before? I'm gonna stick with cocktails I just wish it wasn't so far from my house.

I’ve been there just once in the 13 years we’ve been there. I think they still offer free cab rides home if you don’t feel like driving

Havent tried it since they reopened it. Last year they turned it into a Gay Bar and brought in live Drag SHows and the place went dead. Same owners still but they leased it out to another person to run the restaurant. Hopefully they fixed the sewer system so it doesnt smell like ass inside anymore.;

gay bar? drag show? bullhead?

Never would think anyone would be that stupid to even think for a moment they could strive with those two attached to their name. I thought it hadn't been open for several years, weird. Glad I missed that little retarded experiment. If I want gay & drag I can just cruise down to the channel in havasue.

Wasn't it Lazy Harrys?
I have no idea what the gay drag bar was, not even sure if this was/is the same place.

"gay as in flamming?, no but we are willing to learn, do you send us somewhere special?"

Oh HELL NO!

Next canal up river, @ Arizona Veteran's Memorial Park.

Last time I was at (The Voodoo Cove Building) it was Mexican food. Yeah, it's been a while.
'Ode de sewa' was present back then. I'll pass.

Lazy Harrys is further up river, its been closed since Covid but they are remodeling and trying to open for next year. They have a whole new Tiki theme and will serve food instead of just a bar. VooDoo used to be Coveau which used to be a mexican food place and had a great idea to bring in drag shows and cater to the limited gay population in BHC. They didnt last long after that. The owners leased it out to a new person to recreate the restaurant with the VooDoo theme. Personally i think they went overboard with the menus sexual names. NOt kid friendly.

We went Sunday for lunch. Our friend Ross was playing guitar. Main room was full. Took and hour to get a beer and another 30 mins to get some sliders. The food was good but the service was too slow. We will go back if our friends are playing or singing there but we wont go just to eat.

I think Bullhead has decent food compared to some Of the surrounding towns and even havasu. I can’t remember the name but there is a little bistro that is good and a Mexican restaurant that has never disappointed

El Charro for yore Mexican fix in Bullhead.
1000019133.jpg

This was the best Mexican food for many years that was at this location. We used to boat up to the dock and go in for food and drinks. Before we moved here permanently it would be the first place we went. Valdo and his son were great people. When they saw us come in we would be greeted with Margheritas.
I had family and some friends in town this weekend for a 1yr celebration for my wife passing and several people went to VooDoo Friday night and said they had a good time

the golf course and spa laughlin ranch, thats not in laughlin but in bullhead?
I was the superintendent for that project. That's when we decided to become full time citizens, 2005. I was over the Club house, restaurant, spa and pool. We built the snak shack first and that was the beginning Club house. Had some fun times on that project.
I'll wait for some better reviews. Until then I'll keep eating at Laughlin Ranch.
I've heard that Eric from ProFit is running the restaurant up there now.
I haven't been up there yet to see for myself.

Black mountain has a Patty Melt that's decent, but not as good as the one they serve at Mad Dogs, got to have it with the Tater Tots🥲🥲
