I have 2 large RV gates on the RV access side at my house. The gate is metal framed and has tongue and grove to spruce up the look . T&G is getting pretty old and will eventually need to be replaced. I was looking around for Vinyl fence slats possibly even in T&G but have been pretty unsuccessful.

There is a company local to me called Vinyl Concepts- they specialize in vinyl fence but they dont sell to the do it yourself guy and want to replace the gate with all of their stuff that I do not need.

I just want to replace the wood with Vinyl if that's even possible. Anyone know of any companies that sell this stuff?

Vinyl concepts is right by one of our properties. There prices are the same if they sell you the material or they install. Probably 6k for what you mention.

I use the lowes Emblem kits often. It's T and G and you might be able to make the slats work. Problem is it's sold in a kit so you would have the top and bottom rail as waste.

Fence factory has it also but I bought from vinyl concepts in Camarillo...... less $$

I Built steel frames from square tube and attached t&g vinyl

There's a few different ways to finish the edges of the t&g.. I stayed very simple and used their end pieces and end caps

Vinyl concepts other locations must be a lot cheaper than Torrance. 5 years ago a 4' w 6' tall gate was $1200

if you're referring to their complete gate assy its absolutely very costy...

If you build your frame and screw the vinyl planks to it it's waayyy cheaper and I think stronger... sure... not as pretty

I am Prez and CEO of "Boyz On A Budget"..... (cheap fuck)

That aluminum looks nice! Much classier than vinyl. I need to drive to Ganahl in Anaheim to pick up the wood for a linear fence tomorrow if I have time. Nice hardwood in 4". Out of stock at Torrance. 4" x 16' piece is over 80$ a board. Only 32' but $6K after clear coat and install. Thats doing it for cost my Realtor for helping me out on a deal.
