Assuming the video started after the guy got in the white truck. Isn’t that guy going to plead that the tow truck picked him up while sitting there? The tug o war doesn’t seem safe or legal for either party.

If it's getting repo'd it's the banks truck? The guy trying to drive the white truck away would be a car thief at that point?
