Sorry can't get the url to work. It was a girl throwing puppies in to a river.

It's true - saw it on the news recently. She's a Bosnian girl and she won't face any charges because she is too young to face cruelty charges. IMO, someone needs to throw her into a swift river.
I'm not gonna search for the video because I don't want to see it, but here is a quick blurb about it:
The girl provoked outrage when a video of her lobbing the six tiny puppies into the raging water was posted on video-sharing websites and went viral across the internet.
The subsequent publicity helped police in the central Bosnian town of Bugojno to track down the girl but she was left unpunished because of her age, according to reports.
Animal welfare groups reacted furiously to the decision, which was described as "outrageous".
The 44-second video shows the blonde-haired girl, wearing a red hoodie, casually throwing the squealing and terrified black and white puppies one by one into the river.
Cruelty charges can carry a fine of up to 5,000 euro (?4,350).
While that sounds terrible, there's a lot worse shit then that going on routinely in India and China..
If you have netflix watch "It's a Girl!" I made it about 10 minutes in and turned it off..
Started with a chick in India smiling while describing her killing 8 of her own babies because they were born girls instead of boys..
They fucking toss babies in the river in China in India and it's a pretty common practice! They get a towel wet and then hold it over a newborns face. They poison the babies, they strangle them.. It's unbelievable.
They are flat out savages.. Here's a video of a 2 year old baby gets run over by a van.. And is flat ignored for 15 minutes.. Gets hit by another car etc... before the mom finally finds her. (Amazingly the child lived)

OK what about the person filming? Were they "of age".... and this is not a "little girl"... I was expecting to see a 4yo. That woman and her camera holding friend need to be disapplined harshly, and not in the good way!!!

It's Bosnia, people are used to just shooting other people over there for fun..

Yeah, I hear ya. Human life has a different value there.
I used to work with a lady from Vietnam. She was telling us all about how it is there. I asked her if you could have someone killed there for $100. She was like OH NO, it wouldn't cost anywhere near that much....

There was a similar video of a US military member tossing a puppy off a bridge in Iraq a couple years back.

Acceptable by many or not, puppies and kittens are regularly destroyed in this country in rural areas by drowning or from the exhaust of a car. Many folks can't afford vets and either won't or choose not to have their pets neutered. We have far too many animals without caring homes and though cruel as it may sound, many times the humane thing is to put them down when they are born. But it should be was some compassion, not throwing them into a creek current.
The young girl was most likely following adult orders in destroying those pups. There is an adult at fault for not finding a humane way to accomplish what is a grotesque and cruel way to carry out the act.
NO way am I defending this practice, just pointing out reality. It happens everyday. Chances are that young girl leads a life of many more cruel events than we are unfamiliar with here in America. And sadly the more 3rd world folks that come here, the chances are we're going to see a lot of cruel things first hand.
And there is always the chance a tough puppy will crawl ashore, survive, and come back one day to bite a hunk out of the ass of the asshole that was so cruel.....:yikes
And one mans cruelty is another mans day to day.
Hang out at any serious dog sled racing teams kennels for a while.
Not sure what the laws are now, but when I lived in Alaska the racing kennels had more or less a total waiver from cruelty laws concerning culling the litters.
