For those that have shipped a vehicle, did you use open trailer or enclosed trailer?

Open, but it’s just our DD model 3. Zero issues CA to TX and TX to CA. If it was something nice, I would have done enclosed.

Kind of my thought but was thinking about a vehicle being above it possibly leaking brake fluid on my vehicle

Years back I used Falcon Transport to ship some cars to the Bay area. I asked if they could top load the shoebox, because it had a white top. I was afraid it would look like a dalmatian :oops:

I kind of assumed they would be dirty and need to be detailed.

I’ve done both enclosed and open, in both scenarios the cars arrived filthy and needed to be washed

Yes, would definitely ask to be loaded on the top.

I didn’t think of that, but you have the issue enclosed or open. Ask to be loaded up top either way.
