We were wondering why 100’s of vehicles we’re getting on the freeway in Yermo, I think, near Newberry Springs from the east & west sides. That caused a huge delay.

We rolled out of circus circus rv park a few months back heading north on Las Vegas blvd towards downtown .. Holy fuck it was like the walking dead. Crackheads stumbling around the streets everywhere.. scary shit we got the hell outta there FAST!!

Had a relative drive to the beach from Vegas this morning to attend M-I-L's celebration of life memorial, then turn around and head back to Vegas around 3-4 o'clock.

No shit. On way to powell I stopped just north of town to get kids food. Have always stopped before or in town. I went in with teen kids to watch on them and then back to truck to keep eye on stuff. I seen some tweekers walking by one guy had a pipe in his hand.

I chambered a round in the 10mm and kept eye on them as they were nearby they suddenly turned sharp and changed directions I just kept hand on gun inside truck. Gun was tucked under a clothes bag never showed it. Kids came out we got the fuck out of there my son was like cool we were in the hood

Should have seen so cal to phx weekend before x mas left Laguna at 8 traffic was heavy but moving 65-70 or so. Had a few ca plates trying to gain one car come racing up right lane then Gonna get slowed by the big rig then cut over into fast lane but hitting brakes trying to squeeze into that half car opening slowing the whole lane down to 50mph.

Repeat about 50 times rest of drive. Oh and Mask on driving cars too.

That road wasn’t the only one filled with fucksticks, I-10 going up Chiraco besides the trucks that come into the fast last doing 5 mph trying to pass the truck doing 3 mph, the asshole in the towing the toy hauler would not get out of the fast lane.
Brand new Chevy dually, lifted with new toy hauler, pal do you know which lane you are supposed to be in! Rant over for now!

Yes slots of fun in the 90s can drink 50 bucks worth of beers play 30 bucks on craps and 21 all night long. Think 120 bucks we did a weekend these days it’s more like 600 minimum and I’m cheap.

Went to school at unlv 90-96. (Yeh smart asses I got a masters degree)

They hay day with unlv basketball and no cell phones, Cheetahs, Crazy Horse, Crazy Horse II, etc
I bought a house there in 2000, had it for a few years and loved it. It was in Henderson up again Black Mountain. Vegas had lots of great entertainment, eateries, etc. It changed a but but I still like it. Hard to beat HB where I am now but I wish I still had my Vegas house. One downside about living there is no neighbors are ever outside with their garage doors open.

I'm an early riser when departing to and from places like Vegas and the River. I would pull out of the Islander at 4am so I can drive across the desert before it gets too hot and avoid Vegas traffic at the 15. I do the same for Vegas I get up at the crack of dawn and make my exit as soon as possible.

I've noticed driving to work on Mondays a lot of Californians stay behind and drive to work from Vegas on Monday. You'll see a lot of California plates at 4 in the mornings on Monday.

We tend to stay over Monday and go home Tuesday morning. For us, it is dinner at Bootleggers and catching Santa Fe and the Fat City Horns there on Monday evening. Best deal on good food and great entertainment in LV.
