I’m looking for a drive line flange for my solid driveline in our Cole race boat. It’s a 4 bolt flange and has 16 splines for the solid drive shaft. This one pictured is what I need but 16 splines Anyone got one?

If you absolutely can’t find one it isn’t impossible to make. I’d have to price out that broach though

That’s the issue. We have 2 races left with this setup then going to a bigger power plant and a clutch in the boat. So this new shaft is for 2 races only.

So here’s my question. Both the Cole and my canyon flat have a 16 spline input shaft at the casale. Most others we are finding out just have a key way, no splines. What happened to all the 16 spline input shaft flanges for the drive shafts. They all need one? Pic is for reference to input shaft

Good luck with glenwood , they never answer the phone and they are almost closed doors . It’s only the woman that works there now .
When I stop by Glenwood I always go in though the back :D

Yea tried jj. I think we have it figured out. Between my lake flat and the race flat we can make it work with what we have. We will see soon

Bringing this back up because I went out and checked my "new" solid driveline setup and I'm missing the flywheel end coupler. The shaft is 16 spline as well, wondering if you ever found anything?

No. We ended up ordering a new solid driveline from mark Williams. He makes 16 splines. But they aren’t the same 16 splines as casale. So we put it all back together the way it was and didn’t have any issues making 14 passes down the track spinning 8k rpms.

Do you need the crank button for a 16 spline. Mounts to flywheel pto? I have one on my canyon. But I think I found one for sale somewhere. I’ll try to think where and let you know.

Hummmmmm wonder what kind of problems I'm going to run into lol I have all the flanges from my other flat and the slip yoke driveline that goes with it at worst case I guess. I really didn't want to rob any rigging from it though.

well casale cant make any 16 spline stuff anymore. So it’s gonna be finding some old timer that has some parts on a shelf. Or ordering all new stuff. Which ain’t cheap.

Yes! That is what I will need. Glad I reread this thread cause I missed this post the first time through. Thankfully the v-drive side is sorted out.

@RexHoes I was able to find a used crank button eventually. I think @bagged97taco sold all of his stuff, hopefully he will chime in. What parts are you looking for?
