That's the rumor, but i could never get a straight answer.

I had a Vaughn owner contact me about this rumor. He provided a few hull measurements and asked if I would compare them to my 24 Schiada. It wasn't a match. I guess they could have made some changes after a splash but I haven't heard any concrete info that it is direct splash.

I've been eyeing that but a little more work than I want to deal with. Looks like a deeper V than the Schiada at the transom just by looking at pictures.

surprised that because the word "schiada" was added to the add he didnt raise the price another $10k.
