I am posting this for a friend, It is a house in Baja on the Sea of Cortez and is complete with a boat, launch vehicle and everything you need to move in and enjoy the area.

Located in Punta Bufeo, on the gulf side of Baja, (Sea of Cortez) 200 miles South of the boarder. 100 miles South of San Filipe. 10 miles North of Gonzaga Bay.

If I remember correctly, this place has been for sale for some time....I'm somewhat surprised it's still available. I know I would be content living this lifestyle.....but not if I want to remain married. This is a bitchen place for a select few who can find happiness being alone without much need for social interaction. I dig it, but it isn't worth getting divorced over.

Mike is more motivated to sell now than he was at first so I think he may be softer on the price.

You acquire dual citizenship and remove that obstacle for the most part. It’s a process but there are ways. It’s the only way I’ll do it when I retire.

Bufeo is a cool beach, lot of white sand, good little resturant, good fishing on the point, and a chill expat population, hmmmmm.
