Went to castle rock shores yesterday to look and the cheapest one listed on the flyer was 49,000 and that's not on the water. What gives?

The only difference between the California and Arizona vacation homes is we are not offering the river front row on the Arizona side.

The model at Castle Rock does start at $49,000. However, we have a different manufacturer which offers pretty much the same features for a lower price. Different floor plans have a different starting price.

Space Rent is $400.00 a month for River Front sites, which includes everything but electric. Upper Level sites are a little less.
