Very spacious, 3 bed/3bath POOL home with enough space for everyone! Open floor plan with a huge counter perfect for entertaining. The house has just under 2,000 square feet.

Bedroom 1- (Master)- Has a king bed and attached bathroom with walk in closet. Also has a sliding glass door with direct access to the backyard and pool.
Bedroom 2- Junior Suite - Has a queen bed and en suite bathroom. This room also has direct access to the backyard/pool. Cool feature about this room is you don't have to walk through the house to get to the bathroom.
Bedroom 3- Has one queen bed and a trundle bed which has a twin mattress.
The sofa in the living room also has a pull out bed. Additionally, there is a portable twin bed frame, with full twin mattress. It can be set-up anywhere in the house as it is very light.

Large RV/Boat parking (with hookups) on the side of the house. It's a very safe neighborhood. The street is very quiet and wide which makes it easy to park.

Very close to downtown, shopping and restaurants. Also just a few miles up from the launch ramps.

Here’s some updated photos. We’ve also added an additional bed and all new bedding throughout the entire house. July is pretty much booked. Lots of dates in August/September, including Labor Day.

***Broken Pool Filter Special***

So the pool filter is out of service which means the pool is out of commission. Special for this weekend $100 a night if anyone needs a last minute getaway.

The pool filter will be fixed and operational today thanks to my badass new pool guy! Price still stands for this weekend only.
