Used vehicle sales tax question

Looking at buying a used "toy" that is currently registered in Texas and plan on registering immediately in Arizona.
Will I need to pay TX taxes?
I bought a used rzr from Oregon a few years back and registered in Az, no sales taxes were paid or requested.

I had no issues when buying private party out of Oregon!
Just wanting to verify it will be the same out of Texas. I thought I saw a post a while back, but the damn search feature is not working???

If its a private party sale then no tax. You just get a 3 day AZ travel permit from MVD online ( MVDnow) . If you get it from a dealer and the business name is on the title then AZ will ding you with sales tax. Last scenario is that you buy it used from a dealer but its consigned and never in the dealer name then the title should only show private owner and you should not pay tax.

I bought my Gladiator in TX from a dealer, paid no TX tax but got nailed here when I reg’d it AZ.
